Systems Engineer with a Master’s in Financial Management, 17 years of experience in Project Management, a specialist in design and implementation of business processes through work teams and skills development to obtain the best performance of the team.
With a high level of experience in Project Management, PMO Implementation and Quality Management, Business Processes and Organizational Change, she has worked in leading consulting companies in the Latin American market as Project Manager and CMMI Quality System Manager and as PMO Manager for a telecommunications and transportation company in the Mexican Republic.
In addition, she has provided consultancy in the areas of his specialty for organizations of various sizes in the Human Resources, Construction, Marketing, Sales, Software Development, Financial, Transport and Telecommunications sectors among others.
Currently, Alejandra is the Executive Director of Practical Thinking Mexico, teaches Project Management at some universities in the Region, she is an international speaker in themes of her expertise and at a voluntary level, she is also part of the board of directors of PMI Nuevo Leon as Vice President of the volunteer area.
